🛬 Day 1: Arrival in Cairo – Welcome to Egypt

Upon your arrival at Cairo International Airport, a representative greets you and assists with airport procedures. After a private transfer to your hotel, you’ll check in and settle into your room. The evening is free to rest after your journey or you can opt for a Nile Dinner Cruise, where you’ll enjoy traditional music, belly dancing, and scenic views of Cairo by night in 7 Nights Cairo & Hurghada.

Day 02 : Giza Pyramids & Sphinx | Saqqara

Visit the iconic Giza Plateau:

Great Pyramid of Khufu : The Great Pyramid of Khufu, built over 4,500 years ago, is the largest and oldest of the three pyramids. It originally stood at 146.6 meters (now 138.8 meters) and was constructed with over 2 million limestone blocks.

, Pyramid of Khafre: The second-largest pyramid belongs to Khafre, Khufu’s son. It appears taller due to being built on slightly higher ground and still retains part of its original limestone casing at the top.

and Pyramid of Menkaure: Smaller than the other two, this pyramid was built for Menkaure, Khafre’s son. Though less grand in size, its structure and granite casing make it architecturally significant. Three smaller “queen pyramids” lie adjacent to it.

The Sphinx and Valley Temple: Near the Pyramid of Khafre stands the Great Sphinx, the largest monolithic statue in the world. Carved from a single block of limestone, it features the body of a lion and the head of a pharaoh—believed to represent Khafre.

Explore central Cairo:

Egyptian Museum in Tahrir Square (home to treasures of Tutankhamun): Located in the heart of Cairo, the Egyptian Museum in Tahrir Square is one of the oldest and most famous museums in the world. Opened in 1902, the museum houses the world’s largest collection of ancient Egyptian antiquities, spanning over 5,000 years of history.

Visit Old Cairo:  The Hanging Church (Al-Muallaqa): Built on the ruins of a Roman fortress, it is one of the oldest and most beautiful churches in Egypt.

 Saint Sergius and Bacchus Church (Abu Serga): Said to have sheltered the Holy Family during their flight to Egypt.

 Ben Ezra Synagogue: A historic synagogue dating back over 1,000 years, believed to be located where baby Moses was found.

Explore Islamic Cairo:  Sultan Hassan Mosque: A masterpiece of Mamluk architecture built in the 14th century. It impresses with its towering minarets and vast courtyard.

 Al-Rifa’i Mosque: Located beside Sultan Hassan Mosque, it is the royal mosque where Egypt’s last kings and members of the royal family are buried.
