You will board a domestic flight to Cairo, a pleasant one-hour journey over the Red Sea and the beautiful Egyptian desert. Upon arrival, you will be greeted by our professional Egyptologist, who will accompany you throughout the day.

Our first stop in Cairo will be at the Giza plateau to visit the greatest Egyptian Monuments that have stood here for thousands of years. The highlight of the Giza Plateau is the Great Pyramid of King Khufu, which is the largest and the oldest of the three Giza Pyramids. Your tour guide will tell you a lot about the Pyramid’s history and construction, and show you the boat bits where Khufu boats were originally found, and also the Queens’ Pyramids beside it. Then, you’ll see Khafre’s Pyramid and visit its well-preserved valley temple, which was once used for purification and mummification purposes. Additionally, you’ll meet the renowned Sphinx, which is a colossal statue of a seated lion with the head of King Khafre wearing the royal headdress, standing here as the protector of the royal tombs at Giza.

After that, you’ll see the third Pyramid of King Menkaure before moving to the panoramic viewpoint to enjoy a breathtaking view of the three Pyramids aligned together.

Near the Pyramids of Giza lies our next destination, the Grand Egyptian Museum. This newly built museum will astonish you with its modern design, perfectly harmonizing with the Pyramids of Giza. Once you enter the Museum, you’ll be greeted by the colossal statue of Ramses II at the center of the grand hall, and then you can explore the royal statues while going up to the second floor, where you’ll have a guided tour of the museum’s main galleries.

After travelling from Hurghada to Pyramids By Plane and visiting the Giza plateau, you may need a break, so we’ll head to an authentic restaurant to take a short rest and enjoy Lunch before resuming our day trip. 

Continuing our journey, we’ll head to Saqqara to visit the complex of Saqqara. It is a significant funerary complex of King “Djoser” from the 3rd dynasty, which includes his step Pyramid built by “Imhotep”, the most prominent architect in ancient Egyptian history. 

Our last stop in the Hurghada to Pyramids By Plane day tour will be at Memphis, the ancient Capital of Egypt. Here you can enjoy the experience of visiting an open-air museum of ancient Egyptian artifacts, which is home to a lot of colossal statues and remarkable exhibits, including a giant statue of King Ramses II exhibited in a special pavilion. In addition, you can see sphinxes, stelae, and remnants of ancient temples.
