Day 1: Welcome to Cairo
Breakfast at your hotel in Cairo and then met by your personal Local guide who will accompany you to Giza Plateau to visit one of the seven wonders of the ancient world, the Great Pyramids of Cheops, Chephren and Mykerinus, famous Sphinx, and Valley temple facing the great statue. Lunch at a good quality local restaurant. Then transfer to enjoy the Egyptian Museum, Treasures room for the child king Tutankhamen. back to your hotel It is a fabulous way to enjoy a Romantic night on the Nile while you are in Cairo. So, you are invited to dinner on your Floating Restaurant. Beautifully decorated and tastefully arranged your Felucca boat as they are called in Egypt is well equipped for a serene two-hour journey into the heart of Nile River. Day 2: Giza Plateau & The Grand Egyptian Museum (GEM)
Visit the Great Pyramids of Giza and the Sphinx. In the afternoon, explore the newly opened Grand Egyptian Museum, home to the legendary treasures of King Tutankhamun.
Day 3: Fly to Aswan – The Granite City
Fly to Aswan and visit the High Dam, the Unfinished Obelisk, and the romantic Philae Temple (dedicated to Goddess Isis). Embark on your luxury Nile Cruise for dinner and overnight.
Day 4: Sailing to Kom Ombo & Edfu
Relax on the sun deck as you sail toward Kom Ombo to visit the unique double temple of Sobek and Haeroris. Continue sailing to Edfu for the night.
Day 5: Edfu Temple & Arrival in Luxor
Visit the remarkably preserved Temple of Horus in Edfu via horse-drawn carriage. Sail through the Esna Lock, arriving in Luxor to witness the illuminated Luxor Temple at night.
Day 6: Luxor’s West & East Banks
Discover the Valley of the Kings, the Temple of Queen Hatshepsut, and the Colossi of Memnon. End the day at the massive Karnak Temple complex.
Day 7: Final Morning in Luxor – Return to Cairo
Enjoy a final Egyptian breakfast (or an optional sunrise Hot Air Balloon ride). Fly back to Cairo for a free evening of shopping or a farewell dinner.
