Upon your arrival at Cairo International Airport, a representative greets you and assists with airport procedures. After a private transfer to your hotel, you’ll check in and settle into your room. The evening is free to rest after your journey or you can opt for a Nile Dinner Cruise, where you’ll enjoy traditional music, belly dancing, and scenic views of Cairo by night.

Overnight in Cairo.

🏜️ Day 2: Giza Pyramids, Sphinx & Saqqara
Your second day is dedicated to Egypt’s most iconic monuments. Begin at the Giza Plateau, where the legendary Pyramids of Giza await.

The Great Pyramid of Khufu, the largest of the three, stands as the last surviving wonder of the ancient world. Its precise construction continues to intrigue historians and engineers alike.

Next is the Pyramid of Khafre, still partly clad in original limestone casing at its summit, and the Pyramid of Menkaure, smaller but no less remarkable.

Nearby sits the enigmatic Great Sphinx, a lion-bodied statue with a pharaoh’s head, believed to represent Khafre.

Visit the Valley Temple, part of Khafre’s funerary complex, where mummification rituals were once carried out.

After lunch at a local restaurant, head to Saqqara, Egypt’s vast necropolis and the site of the Step Pyramid of Djoser — the earliest large-scale stone monument in history. Designed by Imhotep, this pyramid marks the transition from mastaba tombs to the pyramid structures that defined the Old Kingdom.

Overnight in Cairo.

🏛️ Day 3: Egyptian Museum, Old Cairo & Islamic Cairo
Begin the day at the Egyptian Museum in Tahrir Square, home to thousands of ancient artifacts. Highlights include:

The golden treasures of Tutankhamun, including his famous funerary mask.

The Hanging Church, one of Egypt’s oldest Christian places of worship.

Saint Sergius and Bacchus Church, believed to have sheltered the Holy Family.

The historic Ben Ezra Synagogue, steeped in legend and history.

In the afternoon, wander the narrow streets of Islamic Cairo. Marvel at the Sultan Hassan Mosque, a masterpiece of Mamluk architecture, and the Al-Rifa’i Mosque, where members of Egypt’s royal family are entombed. Walk along Al-Muizz Street, rich with medieval monuments, and end your tour at Khan El Khalili Bazaar, Cairo’s most famous market, perfect for souvenirs, spices, and local crafts.
