Day 1: Arrival in Cairo – Welcome to Egypt
Your Egyptian adventure begins as you arrive at Cairo International Airport. After a warm welcome by your local representative, you’ll be transferred to your hotel in Cairo for check-in. The evening is free for you to rest or enjoy a leisurely stroll in the bustling streets of the capital. Depending on your arrival time, you may opt for a Nile dinner cruise for a relaxing introduction to the city’s charm.

Day 2: Giza Pyramids – Sphinx – Egyptian Museum – Old Cairo
Start your day with a guided tour to the legendary Giza Plateau, where you’ll stand in awe before the Great Pyramids of Khufu, Khafre, and Menkaure, the only remaining wonder of the ancient world. Nearby, marvel at the Sphinx, guarding the pyramids for millennia.
After lunch, head to the Egyptian Museum in Tahrir Square, home to thousands of artifacts including treasures from King Tutankhamun’s tomb. In the afternoon, explore Old Cairo, including the Hanging Church, Ben Ezra Synagogue, and the Amr Ibn Al-As Mosque. Day 3: Cairo – Alexandria (by road)
After breakfast, journey north to Alexandria (approx. 2.5–3 hours). Founded by Alexander the Great, this coastal city blends Greco-Roman history with modern Egyptian life. Your first visit is to the Catacombs of Kom El Shoqafa, a unique blend of Pharaonic and Roman burial practices. Next, stop at Pompey’s Pillar and the remains of the ancient Serapeum.
Continue to the Roman Amphitheater, once used for musical performances, and then visit the Qaitbay Citadel, built on the ruins of the Lighthouse of Alexandria—one of the ancient Seven Wonders.

Day 4: Bibliotheca Alexandrina – Drive to Siwa Oasis

After lunch, begin the scenic drive to Siwa Oasis (approx. 7–8 hours). As you head southwest through the Western Desert, observe the changing landscape as it transforms into a peaceful sea of sand and date palms.

Day 5: Explore Siwa – Shali Fortress, Oracle Temple, and Cleopatra’s Spring

Start with the Shali Fortress, a 13th-century mud-brick citadel offering panoramic views of the town. Then visit the Temple of the Oracle of Amun, where Alexander the Great is believed to have received divine confirmation of his rule.
Cool off with a dip in Cleopatra’s Spring, a naturally fed stone pool surrounded by date palms. In the afternoon, explore the Mountain of the Dead, a necropolis with tombs carved into the hillside, some decorated with beautiful frescoes.
