Abu Simbel Temples
The most prominent and influential archaeological monument in Egypt is the stellar Abu Simbel temple that was constructed by beloved Amun Ozymandias King Ramses II (1279-1213 BC) to eternalize his many achievements & identity and celebrate his enchanting queen-wife Nefertari in the second temple devoted for the goddess Hathor. His victory at the battle of Kadesh in 1274 BC can be seen across the temple's walls. One of the most famous features of Abu Simbel is the annual sun festival on the 22 of February and October to celebrate the gifts to Ptah, Amun, and Ra Horakhty.

Valley of the Kings
